AmpHosted has many different methods of support, chat, phone, ticket, email, etc etc. Below are the methods of contact, as well as the support departments, and what they are for. Be sure to contact the correct department, for your support inquery will be much faster if it goes to the right department the first time.
Submit a Ticket Support
Tickets are te #1 method of support, through a ticket, we can validate you as a customer, we can provide status updates on any problem you send to us, and you will recieve updates via email. How to submit a ticket
- If you are currently an AmpHosted customer, simply login to your client area by clicking here, then sibmit a ticket via the "Submit A Ticket" link on the left hand side.
- If you are NOT a customer, you can simply go to the ticket panel, by clicking here.

We can support any type of inquery via chat. Sales, General support, Billing, Abuse, etc etc. Our chat is not active 14/7, but you may leave a message, or you may add us to your buddy list!

Knowledgebase
Our knowledgebase is always being updated, everytime a user encounters an error that we believe should have been able to be solved by the knowledgebase, we add a new article, and make it as detailed as possible. If you think that we are missing an article in our knowledgebase, just submit a ticket to support, and we will update it per your inquery.
